It seems that the fun day went rather well. The feedback that I have received has been very positive and I would like to take this opportunity to thank both you and your staff for your help in making this year’s event a success. I am writing to thank you for organising and running the team games during the afternoon of the Ujima staff conference. As you are aware I was unable to attend the games, however on my return to the office the following morning I was overwhelmed by numbers of staff who not only continued to discuss/debate/laugh over the games, but also a number of staff who also took the time to ring personnel to record how much they enjoyed the afternoon.

Staff have commented on how well organised the event was, and how they got to know staff they would not normally had interacted with. I have had 50 completed evaluation forms returned to me, and all but 2 stated that they would like to have a similar event next year.

Once again “Thank you” for making our Staff Conference such a memorable and enjoyable event.
